Manifesting the Reality You Want
The power to manifest experiences you yearn for starts with appreciating what-is.
As we've learned from several sources of wisdom, manifesting a preferred reality comes from doing this:
1. Accept all of what you're experiencing now, with appreciation.
2. Define the experience you want more of.
3. Invest good will in creating more of that experience.
Practicing appreciation and gratitude can be a powerful tool for manifesting more of what you value.
They help you focus on what you have rather than on what you lack.
How appreciation and gratitude help with manifestation
Direct your focus with intention on accepting what-is.
Feeling and expressing gratitude help shift your attention from what you don't have to what you do have,
which can create a deeper sense of contentment.
You deserve to feel content with who you are and what you're experiencing.
Contentment is not coasting or complacence.
Isn't contentment the most powerful place from which to create what you want?
A person who is content is in a creative frame of mind.
The emotional states of deficit and deprivation may be creative ... but not for creating what you want.
Attract positivity
Gratitude can act as a magnet, drawing more positive experiences into your life.
What's the natural result of complaining about what you don't want?
Achieve vibrational harmony
Deliberately looking for things to appreciate can help you achieve vibrational harmony with your own source of power to shape your experiences.
Cultivate mindfulness
Practicing gratitude can help you cultivate a deeper awareness of sensations in the present moment.
Here are some tips for practicing gratitude and appreciation to power your manifestations:
Write a gratitude list
Make a list of the things you are grateful for, including people, situations, events, and accomplishments.
Write a manifestation list
After writing your gratitude list, write a list of the experiences you want to manifest.
Make a mantra
Use a mantra like, "I intend to see that which I want to see", to help you look for and see things to appreciate.
Practice heartfulness as well as mindfulness
