RapportTalk mentors participants with immediate, neutral, emotionally intelligent feedback.  Neutral feedback with no agenda other than awareness can help you reach a deeper rapport and empathy with someone you care about, especially during a difficult relationship situation.

These engaging experiences foster trustworthy intelligence, inspired by the principles and practices of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, mindful presence, and collaborative conversation (NVC)

RapportTalk fine-tunes language models for high-EQ behaviors.

RapportTalk is a system of proprietary algorithms from Open System Apps that's designed to support the training and fine-tuning of language models for more emotionally intelligent interactions.  Fine-tuned models exhibit an unexpected level of maturity about humane communication and interpersonal connection.

Integrated into a language model's training process (during the post-training, reinforcement-learning (RL) phase of its development), a RapportTalk semantic eval "in the loop" enables the model to learn from automated feedback to improve the emotional intelligence of its responses.

Integral to the RapportTalk experience is raising your self-awareness by considering your own state of mind in any situation:

How do I feel?  What sensations and emotions are flowing through me now?

What do I want?  What experiences are most important to me in this situation?

Practice Emotional Intelligence provides learning opportunities to improve your communication skills and deepen trust in your relationships.  As you learn, you can record a monologue about a relationship situation you're experiencing or a dialogue with your conversation partner and request an immediate assessment report on the emotional intelligence exhibited in what you said in your recorded audio (with a transcript).

This neutral, practical feedback is refreshing and helpful in improving our communication skills.

In Practice Emotional Intelligence, you'll see a brief video or read a text article about emotional intelligence.  You can record your voice (or a two-person conversation) to practice sharing your experience — how you feel and what experiences are most important to you.

You'll receive a transcript of what you said and a list of "empathy guesses" — that is, the names of emotions an algorithm recognized in how you expressed yourself.  (Empathy guesses come from Hume.AI's Expression-Measurement Service.)

You can request an immediate assessment report on the emotional intelligence exhibited in what you said in the recorded audio.

We find this EI feedback is like having a fair witness who can listen and understand your emotional energy without judgment in the context of communication best practices.

In Conversation with "Chad", you dialogue with "Chad" about your challenging relationship situation.  Chad acts like a mentor for practicing emotional intelligence in that situation with your conversation partner.

During your conversation, Chad offers observations and raises questions that exercise your self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

In "Loving What Is" — The Work of Byron Katie, you're guided to examine how an unquestioned belief has been undermining your well-being.  Through this dirt-simple process, you reclaim the power and energy that's been bound up in resisting awareness of how this belief is affecting your comfort, peace, and presence.

You'll transcend to a deeper experience of truth and happiness, naturally … immediately!

Here's how you dialogue with "Chad":
  1. You tell "Chad" about a relationship situation you're experiencing.
  2. Chad replies with a few observations and questions.
  3. You sit with what Chad has said, then you answer back with your truth.
  4. You'll be surprised to see where this goes if you're open and honest with Chad.
  5. Each of Chad's responses offers a [ Show more ] button.
Clicking [ Show more ] displays observations or questions that go a level deeper.
  6. At some point in your conversation, Chad may understand your relationship and situation well enough to offer you a script for a collaborative conversation with your practice partner.

Your Return-to-Love script may facilitate a transformative experience into mutual understanding and empathy ... as others have experienced with surprise and delight.

At your request, the Return-to-Love Process™ delivers custom, scripted conversations for you and your partner to enact.

These consistently kind, truthful scripts help facilitate transcendent experiences in your most meaningful relationships.

Our small team of experts in collaborative conversation has trained our language model with generative emotional intelligence™ (GenEI).  A scripted conversation with your partner addresses your specific situation and supports the evolution of your relationship over rough terrain.
