3.2. You agree not to access or use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
3.3. You acknowledge that the use of our services may involve risks, and you agree to assume all responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of our services.
4.1. Our services, including but not limited to the language model, software, and content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our services without our prior written consent.

6.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

10.1. We may, at our discretion, terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice or liability for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of this Agreement.
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein.
11.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
